Investing in youth programs by revitalizing our recreational center and creating positive pathways that strengthen public safety; improving housing stability and infrastructure to protect neighborhood quality; and supporting small business growth to expand local opportunity and keep our community thriving.

I bring over 15 years of experience in nonprofits supporting youth, families and small businesses, along with civic leadership training through programs like the Neighborhood Leadership Academy. As a founder and community organizer, I understand our city because I live in it daily. I provide transparent, responsive leadership that shows up and puts people over politics.

1). Restore integrity, transparency, honesty and trust. 2). Financial compliance and accountability overhaul. 3). Review and revise outdated ordinances and landlord accountability.

Effective leadership is crucial for continued growth and prosperity. Eight-plus years working in municipal government in the finance department, assisting with audits and coordinating with executive staff has equipped me with the tools necessary. As the human relations commission chair I have collaborated with residents of all four wards assisting seniors.

1). Completing audits, 2022 to present. 2). Updating the city website with accurate information, particularly the date and times of city meetings and cancellations. 3). Getting the city fully staffed. Until then making the SOP for contract acquisition more proactive to cover until full staffing is completed.

Good at breaking down big problems to smaller ones and solving them in a methodical manner through deductive reasoning. Willing to entertain ideas no matter where they come from. Willing to work with others despite what I think of them and/or feelings about them at the moment.
