#04 Proposed Tax Levy (Replacement) City of Nelsonville
A replacement of a tax for the benefit of the City of Nelsonville for the purpose of general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing and repair of streets, roads and bridges that the county auditor estimates will collect $186,055 annually, at a rate not exceeding 3 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $105 for each $100,000 of the county auditor s appraised value, for 5 years, commencing in 2025, first due in calendar year 2026.A majority affirmative vote is necessary for passage.
