Hambden Township- Permanent Improvement
A majority affirmative vote is necessary for passage.A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Hambden Township for the purpose of the construction or acquisition of any specific permanent improvement or class of improvements that the taxing authority of the subdivision may include in a single bond issue that the county auditor estimates will collect $105,480 annually, at a rate not exceeding 0.8 mill for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $17 for each $100,000 of the county auditor s appraised value, for 5 years, commencing in 2025, first due in calendar year 2026.This tax levy will be presented at the LWV Geauga Candidate & Issue Forum at Chardon Middle School on September 30, 2025 at 6:30 p.m.
