ISD #882 (Monticello) Ballot Question (2025)
The school board of Independent School District No. 882 (Monticello Public Schools) has proposed to revoke the school district s existing referendum revenue authorization of $775 per pupil and to replace that authorization with a new authorization of $1,550 per pupil. The proposed referendum revenue authorization would be applicable for ten years beginning with taxes payable in 2026 and increase each year by the rate of inflation beginning with taxes payable in 2027, unless otherwise revoked or reduced as provided by law.
