4 PROPOSED TAX LEVY (RENEWAL) City of Deer Park
A majority affirmative vote is necessary for passage. A renewal of a tax for the benefit of City of Deer Park for the purpose of general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing, and repair of streets, roads, and bridges, that the county auditor estimates will collect $222,382 annually, at a rate not exceeding 2 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $44 for each $100,000 of the county auditor s appraised value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
