Accessibility to good-paying jobs, safe communities, increased housing stock. I will continue to support efforts from economic development programs to draw lucrative employers to the area and also to keep the employers we have. I will support safety services ability to keep our community safe by funding continued training and community outreach events and I will support housing developers who wish to increase housing inventory through strategic planning and planned growth.
Two previous terms as a council-person. I also strive to be communicative with my constituents, both to share information publicly and to respond to any calls or emails I receive.
I've lived in Wooster my whole life and I want to have an impact on my community. I also like to be a conduit by connecting people with what or who they need.
I am open to receive input from any and all constituents. I communicate via social media, email and phone, so there are various ways for people to reach me. If there is a language barrier, I am familiar with and willing to use translation tools. With regard to partisan differences, I don't think City Councilperson should even be a partisan office. We all want what's best for the City of Wooster and must overlook our other differences to achieve that goal.
