First, to fairly enforce the laws of the City of Campbell and the State of Ohio for all residents and non-residents. Secondly, to advise City Council and the Mayor on the legality of considered actions.
Although this is a part-time position, I do not intend to do any other work. That will give me the time to properly research and consider all aspects of the position.
