Biography
Michael Feggans is a Retired Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force. Michael is the son of civil servants. His mother worked as a Norfolk Public School teacher for over 30 years, and his father retired as a Captain in the Norfolk International Airport Fire Department after 20 years of service. His father also served in the U.S. Air Force.

I will continue to push for state-level solutions that keep healthcare affordable, protect our schools, and support veterans and military families.
