Education I attended Chaney High School where I learned the value of hard work, perseverance, and community spirit.
Experience As a co-owner of Scheid's Truc "N"RV Sales and Service, I gained firsthand experience in small business ownership, customer service, and fiscal responsibility.
Volunteer/Community Service I serve on my church Leadership Team as the Staff Pastor Parish Relations Chair, where I work to strengthen relationships and support the mission of our local church.
As a small business owner, community leader, and long time neighbor, I understand the importance of using tax dollars wisely, supporting local services, and planning for a strong future. My experience has taught me the value of hard work, accountability, and listening to others. I'm committed to serving with integrity and ensuring Middlefield Township remains a safe, thriving place for families and businesses.
The biggest fiscal challenge for Middlefield Township is providing safety for all residents by continuing the progress already being made for integrating auto and buggy traffic in the township.
There are ongoing discussions in Ohio about eliminating property tax. If this happens, Middlefield Township could face a difficult transition period with a significant loss of funds for services.
To ensure residents are informed and engaged with township issues I will combine transparent communication, accessible technology, and face-to-face interaction. The goal is to provide concise and honest information that builds trust with the community.

Life long Middlefield resident. I would to preserve our no zoning regulations for our Amish population and community. I believe my experience in Law Enforcement and the Fire Department would be huge benefit in the public safety areas for our residents
I believe keeping up with our roads is a huge challenge. Prices have gone up with all materials and has been known to be a major challenge to any budget. I also believe cyber security protection is going to be a challenge as we have experienced recently
I would just like to maintain what we have going. I would like to see more road maintenance on some of our backroads even if that means I have to help out.
I would like to use Facebook and social media platforms to address our residents. I have created a few pages in the past and realized the impact social media has
