Bonds of the City of Bryant in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $33,285,000for the purpose of financing all or a portion of the costs of a convention, meeting andentertainment facility and any land acquisition, furnishings, equipment and parking,landscaping, signage, drainage, lighting, street and utility improvements related theretoand, in order to pay the bonds, the levy and pledge of a 0.5% local sales and use taxwithin the City.
