PARK AND RECREATIONAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS
An issue of bonds of the City of Berryville in one or more series from time totime in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $600,000 for the purpose offinancing all or a portion of the costs of acquiring, constructing, improving,renovating, and equipping park and recreational facilities, and any necessaryparking, landscaping, signage, drainage, lighting, concession, road, parking, andutility improvements related thereto, and, in order to pay the bonds, the pledge ofa 0.50% local sales and use tax levied within the City by Ordinance No. 970,adopted February 17, 2015, as amended, and as it may be further amended fromtime to time (the ). Collections of the Tax not necessary to pay bonds willbe used for other lawful purposes.
