WATER IMPROVEMENT BONDS Berryville
An issue of bonds of the City of Berryville in one or more series from time totime in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $825,000 for the purpose offinancing all or a portion of the costs of acquiring, constructing, improving, andequipping extensions, betterments and improvements to the City’s water facilitiesand, in order to pay the bonds, the pledge of a 0.50% local sales and use tax leviedwithin the City by Ordinance No. 970, adopted February 17, 2015, as amended,and as it may be further amended from time to time (the ). Collections ofthe Tax not necessary to pay bonds will be used for other lawful purposes.
