2017 REFUNDING BONDS
An issue of bonds of the City ofDardanelle in the maximum aggregateprincipal amount of $3,250,000 for thepurpose of financing all or a portion ofthe costs of refunding the City s Salesand Use Tax Refunding Bond, Series2017, and, in order to pay the bonds,(a) the pledge of an existing 1.0% localsales and use tax levied within the Cityby Ordinance No. 2007-05, adoptedAugust 6, 2007, as it may be amendedfrom time to time (the ), and (b)the pledge of net revenues of the City swater and sewer system. Collections ofthe Tax not necessary to pay bonds willbe used for other lawful purposes.
