I bring a strong mix of leadership, problem-solving, and community focus to this role. With a degree in Computer Science and professional experience as a workforce analyst, customer service team lead, and real estate professional, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how data, people, and planning intersect to create real solutions. I’m skilled at analyzing complex issues, building consensus, and finding practical paths forward. My background has taught me the value of efficiency, transparency, and accountability—qualities I’ll bring to every decision. As a Zebulon resident, I’m passionate about balanced growth, improving infrastructure, and maintaining the small-town character that makes our community special.
1. Smart Growth: Ensuring development aligns with Zebulon’s infrastructure, preserving our small-town charm while welcoming new opportunities.
2. Infrastructure & Transportation: Investing in roads, sidewalks, and stormwater systems to support safe, reliable, and connected neighborhoods.
3. Community Engagement: Strengthening communication between residents and town leadership so every voice is heard and decisions reflect our shared values.
To address smart growth, I’ll prioritize updating Zebulon’s Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) to align development with our infrastructure and community vision. I’ll advocate for projects that strengthen existing neighborhoods and promote balanced economic growth. Transparency and collaboration are key, so I plan to host monthly community meetings after each board meeting to share updates and gather feedback. I’ll also work with local and regional partners to discover ways to expedite critical infrastructure and transportation projects, ensuring Zebulon’s growth keeps pace with demand while preserving the character that makes our town unique.

I bring both hands-on community service and practical planning experience to the table. As a member of the Zebulon Planning Board, I’ve worked directly on growth and zoning decisions, including helping bring Gateway Zebulon, the town’s first commercial mixed-use project. I co-founded the Zebulon Bearcats youth football nonprofit, serve as a youth boxing coach, and previously served on my HOA, giving me experience in governance and teamwork. To make government more accessible, I launched Zebulon en Español and created podcasts and videos explaining complex town documents in plain language. I also support small businesses by producing free promotional videos. These experiences show I'm ready for the job!
1. Public Safety – Ensure police and fire are fully staffed and equipped to keep pace with growth.
2. Infrastructure & Traffic – Fix drainage, sidewalks, and congestion by pursuing state and federal grants and requiring developers to do their part.
3. Economic Development – Expand the town’s economic development department, add staff, and explore a citizen-led board to attract quality businesses and ease the tax burden on homeowners.
Public safety is my top priority because without safe neighborhoods, nothing else works. I’ll support competitive pay and benefits to keep police and fire fully staffed, and make sure they have the equipment and training needed to grow with Zebulon. I’ll work closely with department leaders to identify immediate needs and long-term goals, and I’ll push to secure grants and outside funding so these improvements don’t fall entirely on taxpayers. A safe, well-supported community is the foundation for everything else.
Zebulon is at a pivotal moment. We’ve seen too much turmoil at Town Hall and too many growing pains without clear direction. I’m running to bring steady, practical leadership that restores trust, fixes the basics, and plans for the future. My record shows I don’t just talk—I act. I co-founded the Zebulon Bearcats youth football nonprofit, serve as a youth boxing coach, and launched Zebulon en Español to make local government accessible to more residents. On the Planning Board, I’ve worked to balance growth with community needs, and I’ve helped bring forward Gateway Zebulon, the town’s first mixed-use project. I also support small businesses by creating free promotional videos. My focus is clear: Reform what’s broken, Organize our priorities, and Act for the people. With your support, we can make Zebulon safer, stronger, and more connected for generations to come.
