Monument Town Ballot Question 2B - Residential Requirement for Town Manager

The Town of Monument Council is asking voters to amend the charter to expand the area that the Town Manager must reside to include the 80132 zip code. The current requirement is that the Town Manager must reside within the boundaries of the town.
