Proposition K.I.D.S.Shall the Board of Education of the Marionville R-IX School District, Missouri, without an estimatedincrease in the current debt service property tax levy, borrow money in the amount of Four MillionThree Hundred Thousand Dollars ($4,300,000) for the purpose of providing funds for the sitedevelopment, construction, equipping, and furnishing of an Early Childhood Center; to completesafety and security upgrades at the K-8 campus including, without limitations, secure entrances; toconstruct a baseball and softball complex at the high school; to extent funds are available,complete other repairs and improvements to the existing facilities of the District; and issue generalobligation bonds for the payment thereof?If this proposition is approved, the adjusted debt service levy of the School District is estimated toremain unchanged at $0.9800 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation of real and personalproperty.
