Judges who serve under the Non-Partisan Court Plan do not run against challengers and are prohibited by the Code of Judicial Conduct from campaigning for retention.To help voters gain insight as to performance of judges seeking retention this year, the Judicial Performance Review Committee has reviewed the performance of each nonpartisan judge appearing on this year s general election ballot.Voters will be asked to vote yes or no to retain each judge.Hon. Jerry Harmison Jr. is a circuit judge for the 31st Judicial Circuit. Her previously served as an associate circuit judge from 2017-2022.Harmison has served in several public office positions, including Springfield Public Schools Board of Education, Springfield-Branson National Airport Board of Directors, and Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
