Judges who serve under the Non-Partisan Court Plan do not run against challengers and are prohibited by the Code of Judicial Conduct from campaigning for retention.To help voters gain insight as to performance of judges seeking retention this year, the Judicial Performance Review Committee has reviewed the performance of each nonpartisan judge appearing on this year s general election ballot.Voters will be asked to vote yes or no to retain each judge.Hon. T. Todd Myers was appointed circuit judge of the 31st Judicial Circuit in 2022. He previously served as associate circuit judge. Myers’ judicial assignments include associate criminal, associate civil, small claims, and extraditions.Myers was chief assistant prosecuting attorney for Greene County.
