Judges who serve under the Non-Partisan Court Plan do not run against challengers and are prohibited by the Code of Judicial Conduct from campaigning for retention.To help voters gain insight as to performance of judges seeking retention this year, the Judicial Performance Review Committee has reviewed the performance of each nonpartisan judge appearing on this year s general election ballot.Voters will be asked to vote yes or no to retain each judge.Hon. Josephine Stockard was appointed associate circuit judge by Gov. Parson in 2023. She previously served as an assistant United States attorney, special assistant United States attorney, and assistant Greene County prosecuting attorney.Stockard earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism and J.D. from the University of Missouri. After graduating from law school, she clerked for Hon. W.
