Judges who serve under the Non-Partisan Court Plan do not run against challengers and are prohibited by the Code of Judicial Conduct from campaigning for retention.To help voters gain insight as to performance of judges seeking retention this year, the Judicial Performance Review Committee has reviewed the performance of each nonpartisan judge appearing on this year s general election ballot. Voters will be asked to vote yes or no to retain each judge.Hon. Jennifer Growcock was appointed to the Missouri Court of Appeals – Southern District in 2021. She previously served as circuit judge for the 38th Judicial Circuit from 2016-2021.Growcock earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa in 2001 and her J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2004.
