41. SUMMIT COUNTY – Proposed Charter Amendment - Shall the Charter of the County of Summit, Employment Eligibility Section be amended to apply only to employment in County Offices governed by the County Charter; include “aunt” and “uncle” among the familial relations ineligible for employment in said Offices; and remove the provision making familial relations of classified employees who earn more than $80,000 per year ineligible for employment in said Offices?
