1. Reinstate City Staffing: Bring tasks currently handled by outside contractors, such as business licensing and planning, back in-house to the city staff. This will create additional jobs within the city government, expedite service delivery, and boost city revenue.

2. Facilitate Hospital Construction: Grant the necessary permits for Kaiser Permanente to build a new hospital. This initiative will generate construction jobs and long-term healthcare employment opportunities.

3. Expand Affordable Housing: Update zoning regulations to allow for low-income apartments and mobile home sites. This revision will increase affordable housing options, attract new residents, and stimulate local business growth.

4. Reorganize City Operations and Reduce Sales Tax: Restructure city operations to improve efficiency and lower the sales tax rate. This approach will attract new businesses, stimulate economic growth, and lead to job creation.
As a local business owner for 25 years and a current Traffic Commissioner, I have dedicated my life to the City of Westminster, treating it as my extended home.

In these challenging economic times, I feel a strong responsibility to run for City Council District #3. My primary goal is to create more jobs for our community. I will advocate for increased staffing in our city’s service offices to ensure faster and more efficient transactions between the public, local businesses, and city hall.

I am committed to making the City of Westminster a welcoming, safe, and vibrant place for visitors from around the world, as well as a wonderful place for our residents to live and work.

Please support me, Joseph Ngo, with your vote on November 5th, 2024. Together, we can restore jobs, enhance public safety, and preserve the unique beauty of our city.

Thank you for your support and your vote.

Sincerely, JosephNgo
