2024 Register of Deeds Plymouth District

Massachusetts is divided into 21 registry districts, each with an elected Register of Deeds who serves for a six-year term. Each registry records all documents about real estate ownership within its district. The register of deeds helps facilitate the process of transferring registered land property ownership.

Continue to provide quality service and a high level technology advancements.
New language in our union contact to promote bi-lingual skills for new hires in our Brockton Satellite office. Exploring non- English speaking software similar to the Lawrence Registry. We have offices in Plymouth, Brockton and Rockland for customer assistance for those without Internet access.
Enhance staffing in our IT Department.
My time as the Register has seen many transformative accomplishments. Moved into modern handicapped accessible, technology efficient main office. All land records are available on-line. Recording of Recorded and Registered Land documents over the Internet. Quality customer service.
