As a hiker and forager, I want to protect Missouri wild spaces for future generations. Hikers, hunters, fishers and foragers agree we need to stop the sale of invasive species, enforce land/waterway protections and let the Department of Conservation access the funds we already have for them. Also, the state should stop preventing local municipalities from self-regulating.
1) Support public schools and teachers; keep public funds public. 2) Protect reproductive rights including access to abortion, contraceptives and IVF. 3) Remove the gay marriage ban from the state constitution and include sexual orientation and gender identity in discrimination protections. 4) Return power over local issues to local governments (CAFOs, puppy mills, etc).
