I am currently a Certified Appraiser as well as working as the Appraiser for the Platte County Assessor's Office. This extensive experience gives me the knowledge of the real estate market. On top of that, I am knowledgeable of the statutes, laws, regulations and functions of an Assessor in order to be able to ensure all compliancy of state requirements.
As the new Platte County Assessor, I will provide the lowest assessments allowable; be in the office full-time, unlike office holders who treat their county position as part-time work with full-time pay; and fully support senior tax relief.

I promise to lead with integrity and honesty and will ensure that the Assessor's Office is professional and respectful of the taxpayers. I will not be constrained by conflicts of interests; valuations will be objective and unbiased.
