As one of Liberty Township's three elected trustees and as Loch Lomond's HOA president, I am able to communicate with many community members on a daily basis. This allows me to stay in tune with the needs of our local population. In addition, my service to Liberty Township allows me to enjoy a dialogue with our State and County leadership. While there are many important endeavors for our community and our nation ahead, I am excited to continue to represent all of our community and work towards goals to better our community, the State of Ohio and our Nation.

There are a number of goals that should be important to each and every citizen within our community. First, elected officials and representatives should do the will of the people. We should represent their goals and wishes and not those of special interests who have controlled our politicians and our party for too long. Second, we need to continue to grow and develop our clubs and organizations that do important work in many of our communities. Lastly, we need to work to create unity within our organizations. The in-fighting and divisiveness that currently exists is harmful to everyone and distracts from the pursuit of our goals.

I have served my community for two decades championing the causes which voters find to be the most important to their day-to-day quality of life here in Liberty Township. I am in my second, two-year term as a member of the Rep. Central Committee. In 2022 I was elected Secretary by my fellow members. I work closely with Chairman Shawn Parker and Executive Committee Chairwoman/Liberty Township Trustee Shyra Eichhorn to further our party goals through various communication channels. I write a weekly digital newsletter sent to 4,000+ county voters, manage website updates, and communicate daily with voters, elected officials, and candidates. Being in this leadership role has allowed me to increase the quality/timeliness of our communications.

The goal of the Delaware County Republican party is to promote our shared conservative values, support fiscally responsible candidates, and educate voters. In today’s political landscape it is imperative that our organization be one which encourages meaningful and respectful dialogue among ourselves and with voters. As DCRP Secretary, I communicate with voters on a constant basis, and I contribute every day to our voter outreach efforts which are paying off and drawing new people into the party.
