I have worked as a business leader in social services, higher ed, and corporate America for 25 years. I hold a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. I’ve led many teams, managed multi-million dollar budgets, and built community advisory boards in Chicago and Phoenix. I build leadership teams, business leadership systems, and accountability scorecards. I collaborate to determine the voice of the customer, eliminate waste in processes, and add more value to shareholders and communities. I am a wife, mother, and believer. I love people, our community, and our country. Together, we will make our community better for our families, children, and grandchildren.
We need to improve voter integrity and transparency across the country. We have to identify and support strong conservative candidates on a local, state and national level who uphold and protect the constitution, represent our citizens, and fight for common sense laws, public and foreign policy. We need representatives to hold other branches accountable to interpretation and enforcement of the constitution and laws as they are written. We need to support law enforcement and border patrol to keep our communities safe. We need to reduce spending that does not add value to our tax payers. I will listen to and represent the values of my constituents, my neighbors. I will communicate in ways that they prefer - mail, website, text, in person.
