I worked in hospital finance for 15 years before going into grant writing and then fundraising. My employment before retiring was with the Delaware County Foundation as the Development Director.
Affiliations
I'm on the Board of Turning Point (Domestic Violence Shelter) and the Friends of the Delaware County District Library. I am also the Giving Director for my church, All Shepherds Lutheran Church.
I have been an active member of the Delaware County Democratic Party since 2017 working to get petitions signed, sending postcards, distributing signs, and going door to door to convince voters to vote Democratic.
It is so important to get out the vote, to educate voters to the consequences of their apathy, and to prove that the Democratic agenda has their best interest at heart. The Democratic platform which makes freedom of choice, the right to earn a living wage, backs initiatives to save our environment, and champions those less fortunate, uplift us all.
