I support expanding early voting, introducing automatic voter registration, modernizing voting infrastructure, enhancing election security, and ensuring fair campaign finance. Conversely, I oppose restrictive voter ID laws, reduction of polling places, partisan gerrymandering, and disinformation campaigns. These measures are vital for a democracy that truly represents its people, making voting more accessible and secure, and ensuring that every voice is heard and every vote counts.

My vision for education in Ohio prioritizes ensuring every child and young adult has access to top-quality education, from early childhood through higher learning. For K-12, this includes universal early education, equitable funding, modern facilities, teacher support, and comprehensive curricula focusing on mental health. In higher education, I aim for affordability, strong community college and vocational systems, industry partnerships, student debt relief, lifelong learning, and robust research and innovation. These goals align with our core values of opportunity, justice, and freedom, viewing education as not just a pathway but a fundamental right crucial for empowering individuals and ensuring the state's prosperity.
The state champions local autonomy, fostering an environment where local governments innovate while ensuring citizens' rights are protected. It supports local initiatives through financial aid, especially for creative projects, and offers administrative training to nurture innovative leadership. Oversight ensures legal and financial integrity and respects local ingenuity.
