My top 3 priorities for the upcoming congress will be:

1. Enact legislation to restore our nation's economic status on the world stage and rebuilding a strong sustainable middle class.

2. Enact legislation that will completely transform our current education system including making school choice available on a national scale, tackling the student crisis and preventing it from ever happening again and re-introducing trades a requirement as a component in our national high school system.

3. Enacting legislation to reform our multi-tiered criminal justice system.
I believe that every LEGAL citizen of America must have the right to vote and help determine the outcome of the elections in their communities. This should also include those who are re-entering society after serving time. We must also make sure that our elections are completed with integrity so that the citizens have confidence that every vote matters. I truly believe that requiring a valid ID card does not deter this it helps to ensure that the election outcomes are as they should be. I will propose legislation that will further these efforts as well as promote ways the each state can achieve at the very least a Voter ID card for every legal citizen.
We must stop the illegal migration of undocumented and/or unknow people into our country. We must return illegal migrants back to their home land or some other country like Mexico since it was their point of entry in most cases. From there we can process asylum cases as needed. We need to come up with a direct policy to deal with the DACA citizens that is both humane and fair. We must return to the Trump era policies of remain in Mexico and we can no longer incentivize people who seek to enter the country illegally, especially when many of our own citizens are denied some of the plush benefits being offered to illegal migrants by the current administration.
First and foremost I stand with both Israel and Ukraine in their efforts to combat those who have encroached their respective sovereign lands. It's far more complicated than a 750 character limit so I advise anyone looking to know my position on those two to check out my social media posts starting 2/1/24. The same goes to national security. I feel as though anyone who can answer either of those in such a small space perhaps doesn't have a well thought out position on either.
Energy independence should not be held prisoner to belief that the environment is in peril and needs to be saved. I think that we can address environmental concerns with innovation while also maintaining a sense of independence from the effects of what happens on the other side of the globe. We can also create and test technologies that will hopefully wean our society off of resources that may have a negative effect on the environment. The current policy of forcing people into renewable energy regardless of its effects on the economy is wrong. We also need to know what are the real effects of the new resources and whether or not they are truly better. In many cases that has turned out to be erroneous. A balance is needed.
Healthcare in America is broken and we need to do one of two things. 1.) Fix the most obvious problems of the current system most of which deal with cost or; 2.) Scrap it and create a new system that is fair to all. To complain and do nothing or to leave it as it is are not options. When I'm elected I will propose bills from day one to move the conversation forward because the current system is a total disaster that will bankrupt this country.
Utilize the laws already on the books. In so many cases I'm seeing where new laws are being created that actually foster a sort of reverse discrimination against another class or group. Again, I have a whole lot to say about that check out my social media.

Protecting Ohio borders and the citizens of Ohio; start vetting the hundred of thousands of illegals in the State of Ohio. We can have Ohio BCI vet all illegals in Ohio to remove the thousands of illegals with dangerous criminal records and was released from prison! I just returned from the U.S Southern border In El Paso, Texas and worked along side U.S Border Patrol, El Paso Police, and Texas Military. I witnessed the illegal murderers, rapist's, and hardened criminals that was captured! We will keep gender block and child multination out of Ohio. We will defend our current legislation (House Bill 68). We will keep our school curriculum traditional without CRT learning and LGBTQ awareness!
Ohio I.D to vote and no exceptions. Illegals are not able to vote. prosecute if both of these laws are violated!
I'm 100% for immigration through USCIS but illegal immigration is what I will fight against
Foreign policy to create Allies but giving 33 trillion in USD is not foreign policy! National security in the USA is a major concern because we as Americans have no idea who is in our country!
Our environmental polices could be improved on coastline with debris and toxic chemicals spilling into the water. We need to do less on the producing chemical manufacturing products.
Healthcare that is more affordable for Americans by putting a cap on healthcare and medicine a pharmaceutical company or hospital can charge.
Follow our state and federal laws for discrimination.

I am most concerned about the following:

• The Lower Energy Costs Act, to increase production and end inflation. • The Secure the Border Act, to end catch and release. • A resolution passed in the House to condemn efforts to defund law enforcement. • The Parents Bill of Rights Act, to guarantee parents know how children are educated. • The Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act, to declare male participation in an athletic program for females is sex discrimination. • The Protecting Speech from Government Interference Act, to prohibit federal officials from engaging in censorship.

I will join the bi-partisan House Problem Solvers Caucus and help negotiate ways to enact provisions in these bills into laws.
I oppose early voting. It makes political advertising too expensive for candidates of limited means. It also is like having jurors render verdicts before hearing all the evidence. Voting by mail should be the exception and not the rule.

Election Day should be a federal holiday to make voting easier.

I oppose ballot harvesting and drop boxes. They encourage fraud.

I agree with voter ID. But more types of qualifying IDs should be permitted.
I support building a border wall, more technology at the borders, increasing the number of border agents, more protection of children against trafficking, and an end to “catch and release.”

The asylum process must be improved so applicants do not wait years for decisions.

I support E-Verify to protect jobs for American workers, defunding sanctuary cities, ending taxpayer-funded incentives that encourage illegal immigration, and restoring a “Remain-in-Mexico” policy.

Dreamers deserve a path to citizenship. But “birth citizenship tourism” should be halted.

Legal immigration should become more merit based. I favor issuing more H1-B temporary visas for tech professionals and more H-2A and H-2B temporary visas for agricultural workers.
Border security is my top national security priority.

China is my second priority. I support:

• Bringing American businesses home, • Stopping Chinese infiltration of industries and schools, • Fighting Chinese cyber-attacks, • Limiting Chinese access to technologies, • Better relations with India, the Philippines, Vietnam, Japan, and South Korea, and, • Competing better with China in Africa and South America.

Support for Israel and opposition to antisemitism is another priority.

Military aid to both Ukraine and Taiwan is another priority.

Opposition to the Iran Deal and more sanctions on Iran is another priority.
I favor smart and prudent management of the environment to assure clean air and water.

Federal regulation of agricultural practices is so bad right now that it threatens our food supply.

A transition away from fossil fuel dependence is reasonable. But the “Green New Deal” is a utopian fraud. Its plan for government control is not compatible with a free market economy. It judges policies and programs by their intentions rather than by their results. It causes inflation. It restricts freedom of choice. And it imposes unnecessary financial burdens on poor and middle-class people.
I favor competition. So, I favor private health insurance and Medicare Advantage plans over “Medicare for all.” Patent protection for medications should be reduced so there will be more generic brands. I do not favor government price controls.

Health care should be regulated primarily by the states, not by the federal government. I favor federal block grants to help states fulfill their proper role.

I favor changes in food stamp programs to redefine what food items are eligible for purchase at taxpayer expense. There is a diabetes crisis, especially in the African American community. To address that crisis, stamp recipients of a federal benefit should be required to buy more fruits and vegetables and less junk food.
It should enforce those laws passed by the legislature while recognizing and protecting those rights of individuals guaranteed by the Constitution.
