1. Paying off the national debt - I will not vote for a budget that is not balanced. 2. Protecting our democracy - supporting the peaceful transfer of power, not engaging in conspiracy theories or spreading misinformation

3. Respecting the law - holding those who attacked the Capitol on Jan. 6 accountable, as well as those who attempted to overturn the 2020 election. 4. Restoring Civility: respecting my opponents - not treating them as enemies; refusing to engage in personal attacks, refusing to scapegoat the vulnerable members of society.
1. I believe we should provide as many opportunities as possible to make it easier to vote, including mail-in voting, early voting and increased hours for voting. 2. Opposing voter suppression efforts. 3. Exposing lies about voter fraud, such as those spread by President Trump and his allies about the 2020 election.
We should make every effort to secure the border, including physical structures and electronic surveillance. However, I am opposed to scapegoating immigrants or treating them as subhuman; they are, by and large, desperate people, fleeing poverty and gang violence.
We need to support both Israel and Ukraine. Putin is not our friend - he is a murderous dictator - if we don't stop him from taking over Ukraine, it's only a matter of time before he goes after Poland and other former satellites of the Soviet empire.
First, we have to stop lying about climate change by calling it a hoax - any reputable scientist will say that man-made climate change is real. However, we also have to balance out the need to protect jobs with the need to protect the environment.
I support maintaining Obamacare until and unless someone comes out with a better system. Getting rid of Obamacare with no option to replace it is foolish.
There are adequate laws on the books to protect against discrimination.

1. As a small business owner, I aim to leverage my experience in overcoming challenges and promoting growth within the small business sector. I'm passionate about advocating for effective federal policies that empower and enhance small businesses nationwide. 2. Eliminating over-regulation and high taxes and creating policy or getting gov’t out of the way to allow businesses to better hire and retain the talent needed to grow. A combination of regulatory reform, tax incentives, and other policies are needed to allow businesses across Ohio and the US to find the employees they need to grow. 3. Improve how the government reduces substance abuse and all of its negative consequences. Too many Ohioans in my district are unable to work or live pr
I am dedicated to safeguarding the integrity of elections and voting processes. By advocating for transparent and secure systems, I aim to ensure that every citizen's voice is accurately represented in our democratic processes. It's essential to uphold these principles to maintain the integrity of our democracy. I've even taken bold action to defend Donald Trump against the onslaught of attacks by his partisan opponents who are abusing their governmental power to interfere with the 2024 election. I believe filing this Amicus Curiae brief in the U.S. Supreme Court to undo this travesty and let the people choose their president is exactly what is needed in a successful congressman.
With millions of illegal border crossings each year under Joe Biden’s policies, our country needs to stop the flood of drug dealers who bring deadly fentanyl across the southern border to poison our communities. I support real border security and will vote to secure the border and bring the fight to drug cartels to stop their deadly business.
The American military and its soldiers are one of the greatest assets we have. I knows firsthand as my son is a Marine who served in Iraq and Afghanistan. America needs to return to the position of strength we had under President Trump when our enemies feared us instead of the position of weakness we’ve had under Joe Biden. As the most powerful country in the world, we can’t allow the brave men and women in our military to be attacked overseas by Iranian-backed militias.
Under President Donald Trump, America was energy-independent as a country. I support a return to those Trump policies that prioritized energy solutions that made sense instead of the Green New Deal policies that cost trillions and drive-up costs for families. I'm from Jackson County, where coal mining was once one of the biggest industries. Across the Second District, natural gas, coal, shale, pipelines, and more can produce reliable electricity and financial and energy independence for Ohio.

I am running for Congress because I am focused primarily on the issues of Budget deficits and Illegal immigration. These scourges rob the family of the value of their income and their savings. Forced interest creates additional pressures on the ever-shrinking value of the dollar, stalling the economy and raising the cost of creating new jobs and businesses – especially small businesses which are the heart of US growth and wealth. The lack of fiscal constraint is growing the deficit which is ballooning the debt – a debt that puts America in the position of courting foreign powers or writing IOUs from our children: neither are acceptable. Additionally, forced inflation raises the prices of homes to bubble-like proportions...
Elections must be fair, open and transparent - the lack of these facets undermines the institutions of our republic.
Illegal immigration results in The second facet is immigration. The historical levels of illegal immigrants violating our borders is creating a cascade of problems, ranging from a spike in (state-sponsored) fentanyl trafficking, to the underground trafficking of sexual and manual slavery. The gang and drug violence erupting in our cities is likely minor compared to the foreign sponsored malefactors slinking in as sleeper cells. We are a country of immigrants – but not illegal ones. I will stand with President Trump in pushing to stop the flow of illegal immigrants by building the wall, and begin addressing and removing every illegal, with criminals at the top of the list. Second, we must fix the gate in order to fix the wall. Reforms
National Security is a top priority and starts with a robust border policy - see above. Second, we must address American interests, and how to properly respond to provocations. One Branch waging war without Congressional approval is Unconstitutional and must stop.
No one wants dirty air or water. However, we also cannot sacrifice our economy and jobs to idealistic and unproven technologies, especially when oil, natural gas and even clean coal are in such abundance allowing the US to be energy independent. As a hunter and Fisherman, good stewardship is essential for all natural resources and should be preserved with common sense conservation. Even recycling for things like tires - a common littler item, needs to be reviewed with recommendations made - not mandates.
Healthcare must be transparent, portable and affordable. The Dr and patient must be at the center of the private medical decisions, not government or insurance bureaucrats. Catastrophic federal backstops of insurance programs such as Medicaid for autistic children is a proven method creating balance in insurance systems. The growing medical co-ops should also be supported and would thrive if there were better transparency of pricing.
Discrimination based on unchangeable characteristics is a core American belief. However, the progressivist and assertive efforts to force beliefs on people is actually a form of reverse discrimination and should not be tolerated.
