Education MBA: Organizational Management; NKU Graduate Micro-credential: Leadership in the Public Sector (Exp. December 2025)
Experience For more than 23 years, I have been proud to call North College Hill my home. I was honored to serve as our Recreation Director, and I continue to stay involved as a community volunteer with WeTHRIVE!®, MotioNCH, and the Beautification & Activities Committee. I served on the Comprehensive Plan committee, and I have met and volunteered with many other local civic groups who are already doing great work right here in NCH. in fundraising for over a year with a local Community Development Corporation focused on homeowner education, financial literacy and citizen advocacy.
Political Philosophy North College Hill has so much potential! My philosophy is simple: No politics. Just progress. Now, more than ever, North College Hill needs leaders who are competent, ethical, forward-thinking, and those who will put the people of NCH first. I firmly believe that we can move beyond political gridlock and build a stronger North College Hill that thrives today and for generations to come.
I was NCH’s Recreation Director for over three years, and have a working knowledge of city operations, finance & public safety. I also have 25 years of nonprofit & corporate leadership experience in policy development, grant writing & project mgt.
If elected, my top three priorities will be rooted in the Comprehensive Plan recently adopted by our city. I will focus on 1) strengthening citizen engagement by promoting volunteerism and by increasing participation in public meetings; 2) stabilizing housing by endorsing common-sense property code updates and code enforcement; and 3) enabling 21st century economic development by modernizing our building & zoning codes, and by beautifying our commercial districts to attract new investments.
