City of Reading AuditorThe auditor reviews all expenditures of the Mayor, City Council and City Boards, commissions and agencies. She/he conducts performance and financial audits and studies to ensure City programs are as efficient and effective as possible. This financial oversight is independent of the executive and legislative branches. The Auditor must be a city resident and hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, municipal government, accounting management or a related field.Term: 4 years. Current annual salary: $78,750
