Personal Pronouns He/Him
My top three goals are to prioritize working families, fight for a livable future, and secure our American freedoms.

Growing up in a small town with working-class parents, I learned the value of hard work at a young age. After a successful career as a product designer, innovator and researcher, I’m committed to fighting for a better future for all Wisconsinites in the 7th Congressional District.

I have a long history of being involved in governing, beginning as an undergrad at the University of Minnesota. I served as President of the Council of College Boards, an organization that supported student boards responsible for meaningful activities for the benefits of students. Since then, I have been a board member of local neighborhood groups in several places I've lived. Recently, I have volunteered for the Oneida County Tourism Diversity & Inclusion project.
I am committed to fortifying the hard-won liberties we hold dear, with a special focus on ensuring women's autonomy in medical choices and advocating for equal rights under the law.

The healthcare system isn’t broken. It is working as designed: to profit major insurance companies and bankrupt patients. There are too many middlemen taking their cut, making it unaffordable for everyone. I support creating a health care system where everyone can get the care they need, when they need it, without having to worry about a bill.
As a country, we have failed to tackle immigration for decades. We need to acknowledge the immense contributions of immigrants, migrants, AND secure the border while ensuring pathways to legally enter the United States for those seeking work and a better life, as many of our ancestors did.

I support establishing multi-agency border processing centers, where federal agencies and NGO partners would streamline screening and create capacity to respond to arrivals.

I support implementing asylum system reforms to ensure timely and fair decisions. Border enforcement and asylum systems are inextricably linked. Deciding incoming asylum cases in months, not years, is critical to effective border control. ICE must be sufficiently funded to ensure repatriation of those whose cases are denied.

I support developing robust refugee processing and resettlement programs within the Western Hemisphere. We need to help migrants closer to home by developing trust and communication with local networks.
It’s unconscionable that in the richest country in the world, we have people working full-time, and they still can’t afford proper housing and childcare.

Too often, working families are making tough choices at the kitchen table between paying bills or buying food. We need federal policies that reward hard work, not how many lobbyists you bring to Washington.

The economy is rigged towards rewarding those with connections and wealth. We can help Wisconsin working families by enacting a federal jobs program to ensure everyone has access to a stable job at a living wage. We must also protect earned benefits like Social Security and Medicare, providing long-term care, and responsive services benefits everyone in the long run.

Let’s make unemployment, childcare deserts, and homelessness a relic of the past.
Wisconsin is home to flourishing forests, wildlife, and waterways – it’s part of the reason why so many families love living here.

But it’s clear that our environment is in danger due to the recklessness of special interests and the politicians in their pockets. Whether it’s PFAS in our water, invasive species in our lakes, or the threat of climate change, without urgent action, the next generation will be left with a world with extreme heat and wildfires, failing crops, climate refugees, and extreme weather catastrophes.

I will champion legislation that creates good-paying green jobs for Wisconsin families while transitioning our economy away from fossil fuels. A truly energy-independent future is one where the next generation will thrive on a livable planet.
