My priorities are PEACE, and ending the massive corrupt influence of corporate money on political power. Both big parties have ceased representing constituents in favor of representing their donors. This is evidenced by the fact that lobbyists write most of the bills, bills are given false titles, and Senators don't have time to read the bills before voting, nor analyze the likely effects and consult with constituents. Constituent support for any given issue is irrelevant, because rather than listen to constituents and respond, the parties, legislators (incl Tammy Baldwin), and media either redirect the public's attention to a different issue, or spend money convincing the public they should believe otherwise. Who benefits from all of this?- the real constituents of the Democrats and Republicans; their donors. This corruption needs to be exposed, and disrupted, as it has distorted the discourse on every issue, and threatens the integrity of our political system. #DisruptTheCorruption
Abortion, access to health care, etc., are state issues, and should be so. I do not support a federal ban on abortion, IVF, contraception, as these issues are best discussed between people of good faith and local representatives, rather than subjected to the corruption and virtue-signaling of Congress and the federal judiciary.
Fair and humane treatment will only happen if the federal government regains control of the border, so that it can be as open as possible for legitimate, legal immigration. I propose a combination of barrier, technology, and personnel to guard our borders, but also to process efficiently and give fair treatment to those who wish to work or live here. Our society and economy depend on a constant, healthy infusion of new workers.
Americans must wake up and see that the economy is not managed by the FED, and federal government, in THEIR interests, but rather in the interests of the largest industries, lobbies, and donors. I support auditing the Fed, and returning control of the money supply to our elected officials. I support auditing every federal agency, especially the Pentagon, and require that they pass audits before funding them. I propose ending the regressive income tax, and a Balanced Budget Amendment. In 2024, we don't need 'experts' in Washington DC to decide how taxes should be collected and money spent: states should be doing that, and would be much more accountable and efficient. I support free trade, not only as an economic policy, but as the main tool of foreign policy. America has distinct advantages in natural resources, a dynamic workforce, and a commitment to excellence. We can compete with any economy in the world without propping up the dollar, starting wars to do so. #PeaceANDProsperity
I will fight to free Wisconsin farmers from the corrupt and lie-ridden federal farm subsidy system. Corporate capture of the federal govt has resulted in subsidies for, and control of, the larger food producers in the country, with the goal of providing cheap corn and other commodities to Food Inc, so they can sell cheap poisonous food. Since the early 70's, the unholy alliance of Food Inc with the federal government has produced an inverted 'pyramid' and subsidies for high fructose corn syrup and has resulted in hundreds of millions of people with Type-2 diabetes and related illnesses. IN ESSENCE, YOUR TAX MONEY AND REPRESENTATIVES HAVE SUBSIDIZED THE POISONING OF OUR POPULATION. As affecting climate change, the massive upscaling of farming means less sustainable practices, more compacted and depleted soils, exponential rise in rainfall runoff rate, less acreage able to retain water. Smaller scale farming fights the affects of climate change, large scale farming exacerbates it.

I’m running for reelection because I’m committed to making sure that middle class Wisconsin families, not just big corporate special interests and the super wealthy, have someone working for them. I believe that every Wisconsinite should have the right to a good paying job, health care they can afford, and the same freedoms their parents and grandparents had, including the freedom to make their own health care decisions. That’s my priority for the next term.

As Wisconsin’s Senator, I’ve gone to bat for Wisconsin and won, delivering good paying Made in Wisconsin jobs, taking on Big Pharmaceutical companies to lower healthcare and prescription drug costs, and expanding services for millions of our veterans. With so much at stake right now, from families struggling with rising costs to a ban on reproductive freedom, Wisconsinites need someone who can show up, go to work, and get the job done. I promise I will keep fighting for our state, no matter who we have to take on to do it.
When I was nine years old, I developed a very serious illness and spent three months in the hospital. After I got better, I was labeled with a “pre-existing condition.” As my grandparents struggled to pay the out-of-pocket cost for my hospitalization, they couldn’t find me any insurance, at any price.

I took these lessons to heart and championed reforms in the Affordable Care Act that allow kids to stay on their parents’ insurance plans until their 26 years old and ensure no one is denied care due to a pre-existing condition. I’ve dedicated my whole life to ensure every Wisconsin family has access to health care they can afford.

I’m also proud to be the lead author of the Women’s Health Protection Act which would codify Roe into federal law, restoring abortion access for women nationwide. And right now, I’m fighting to protect IVF and enshrine contraception access into federal law. I won’t stop until all women are able to make their own healthcare decisions.
Our immigration system is broken and we need to work together in Congress to fix it.

I’m continuing to work with members of both parties to pass comprehensive immigration reform that would invest in border security, create a pathway to citizenship, and support our Wisconsin economy. We also need to pass protections to keep families together and provide citizenship paths for Dreamers and essential workers who add value to our communities.

Wisconsin is also dealing with the impact of deadly drugs like fentanyl coming over the border and I’m committed to strengthening our border and protecting our communities from cartels and drug smuggling. This spring, I helped pass the Fend Off Fentanyl Act, to help law enforcement crack down on the chemical companies that create fentanyl in China and cartels smuggling it across the border from Mexico. Now, I’m working to pass legislation to hire more border patrol agents, invest in technology to detect drugs and weapons, and keep Wisconsin safe.
When I travel the state, I hear from working families struggling with the rising cost of living. Many seniors tell me they’ve had to ration their prescription drugs to afford groceries and parents talk about rising costs of everything from diapers to school clothes.

I’m leading the fight against Big Pharma and health care giants to lower prescription drug prices and stop price gouging and I’m fighting the giant corporations to bring costs down for our families. I’m also leading the fight against ‘shrinkflation’ as companies try to quietly shrink everyday products while raising prices for consumers.

When it comes to taxes, I’m working to cut middle class taxes while making corporations and the ultra wealthy pay their fair share. I support legislation like the Buffett Rule, which would ensure billionaires pay their fair share of taxes, and No Tax Breaks for Outsourcing Act, which aims to crack down on corporations shipping jobs overseas.
From our Great Lakes to our national forests—Wisconsin is home to breathtaking natural beauty that our communities depend on. I believe we must combat climate change to prevent further damage to our air, water, and land. This is not only an ecological necessity, but an economic one too.

The impact of climate change has hit our farmers the hardest, disrupting crop production and crippling rural communities. To preserve our farmland we must equip our farmers, ranchers, and producers with resources to tackle climate change head on. By voting for the Inflation Reduction Act, I secured $19 billion for conservation and climate smart agriculture programs. I also helped allocate $1 billion for agricultural research and helped pass a law to voluntarily monetize environmentally-friendly practices.

I know we must act now for a sustainable future. By supporting the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, I secured over $140 million for climate-resilient infrastructure projects in Wisconsin.
