1) Ensure our communities are healthy and safe through expanding victim protective services, funding crime preventive programs, and holding reckless drivers accountable. In addition, having smart justice initiatives means addressing extended supervision so people coming home from prison have a fair second chance.

2) Ensure every child has access to a quality education by ensuring teachers are supported in the classroom, parents have a voice in their child’s education, and children are literate and prepared to help close the achievement gaps.

3) Create a sustainable workforce through increased access to apprenticeships to expand our workforce pipeline and increase access to capital to our communities so we have flexibility and access to resources to create new businesses.
Affordable housing and out-of-state predatory buyers who are removing housing stock from local homeowners. The 4th Senate District has the highest number of predatory buyers in Wisconsin. I would support giving local communities the ability to incentivize homeownership, look at appraisal practices to minimize the disenfranchisement of local buyers, and support legislation to remove housing covenant laws.
I support expanding Medicare and Medicaid coverage to reproductive care. I would support repealing Wisconsin's archaic 1849 abortion law which criminalizes doctors preferring necessary medical procedures. Expanding postpartum services. Providing feminine hygiene products for women who are incarcerated.
I support fully funding public schools, including special education to ensure that every child has the opportunity to get a quality education. I firmly believe that every school and every school district must be held accountable to the students and the parents to ensure quality education.
I support fair maps in Wisconsin, especially ensuring the Voting Rights Act is followed in regards to Wisconsin maps. I support moving the drawing of Wisconsin districts to a nonpartisan commission.
