Wisconsin Legislative BranchWisconsin’s legislature makes state laws. The legislature has two houses: the Wisconsin Senate and the Wisconsin Assembly. Proposed laws (bills) can originate from either the state senate or assembly. Both houses must approve the bill before it is passed on to the governor for signature or veto. The legislature can override a veto with a two-thirds majority vote in each house. The legislature controls the spending of state funds through appropriation.Wisconsin AssemblyThe Wisconsin Assembly has ninety-nine representatives. Voters elect representatives to represent their assembly district for a two-year term. Enforce and strengthen laws that protect Wisconsin's natural resources, agriculture, and biodiversity ​
Affordable housing. Ensure we have fair housing prices, access to affordable and safe rental housing, access for home loans at affordable interest rates, bring down inflated housing prices.
We just redistricted our maps. We need to review the impact of these changes and sty on top of gerrymandering to ensure fair elections and representation. I would love to find ways to stop this practice all together in Wisconsin.
Ban mining that benefits corporations and pollutes our natural resources. Promote electric, solar, and other sustainable energies. Ensire we protect our natural resources and sustain our lands in a responsible way.
I’m will always support schools and especially our public schools, ensuring all kids can get equal education no matter where they live in Wisconsin. This includes children with special needs. Growing programs for special needs and recruiting and training teacher with skills needed to support these needs.

Smaller class sizes and decent wages for teachers who build our future through our next generation.
