I’m running for assembly to return reproductive healthcare decisions to patients, not politicians. We must legally protect our right to make reproductive healthcare decisions, or we're only as safe as the latest appeal of our outdated laws.

I will prioritize reducing child care expenses in Wisconsin. The Child Care Counts program is at risk, due to Republican-backed budget cuts. These cuts will hike costs and reduce child care availability unless the funding is extended.

The Affordable Care Act of 2010 expanded Medicaid coverage with federal funding, improving healthcare accessibility and delivering economic benefits to states that adopted it. Wisconsin should accept the funding for Medicaid expansion, and stop leaving federal money on the table.

Despite the 2023 adjustment, shared revenue growth still lags behind inflation. Our communities struggle to fund public services without raising property taxes. I will fight to return more tax dollars to our local governments.
The most pressing housing-related issue in Wisconsin is the shortage of affordable housing, particularly in urban areas like Milwaukee and Madison, and suburban regions such as Assembly District 15.

Housing costs in Waukesha County have been rising faster compared to the state of Wisconsin as a whole. While the state experienced a year-over-year increase in home prices of 8.6% as of May 2024, Waukesha County saw a more pronounced increase in housing costs. This has made Waukesha County one of the most expensive counties in Wisconsin for homebuyers, with the median home price significantly higher than the state median.

By implementing these strategies, the state legislature can help create a more favorable environment for the development of affordable housing, addressing the significant housing challenges faced by Waukesha County and the state of Wisconsin. These efforts are essential to mitigate the affordability crisis and ensure a more balanced housing market in Wisconsin.
Wisconsin’s state legislative maps are finally more equitable than they have been in over a decade. But the fight for fair representation is not done.

Wisconsin's congressional maps do not reflect the will of the people. The current congressional maps were drawn under a "least change" approach in 2022, and perpetuate significant Republican advantages despite Wisconsin's status as a politically competitive state.

The current congressional maps do not reflect Wisconsin's political balance. Wisconsin is often described as a purple state, yet only two of the eight congressional districts are represented by Democrats.

To ensure that the people of Wisconsin have a truly representative voice, it is crucial to redistrict our congressional maps.
I am committed to enhancing environmental sustainability in Wisconsin on multiple fronts.

PFAS contamination threatens our water quality and public health. Our water sources must be protected from these harmful chemicals. I support regulations on PFAS, including the new DNR Groundwater Rule.

To combat climate change, we should invest in renewable energy like solar and wind, and boost energy efficiency to reduce emissions and costs. Natural solutions such as reforestation and wetland restoration are essential for carbon storage.

Sustainable methods like cover cropping and conservation tillage will help mitigate water pollution from agricultural runoff. I also support reauthorizing the Wisconsin Stewardship Program to protect our natural habitats and recreational areas.

These initiatives are key for maintaining Wisconsin’s environmental leadership and promoting sustainable growth. I am committed to advancing these efforts for Wisconsin's sustainable future.
I will support schools through legislative, funding, and policy initiatives aimed at enhancing educational outcomes and addressing the specific needs of communities and educators.

We should enhance Individualized Education Program (IEP) implementation by providing staff training and educational tools, supporting organizations like Disability Rights Wisconsin (DRW), and collaborating with the Department of Public Instruction (DPI) in offering robust services for students with disabilities.

Enhancing mental health resources and improving school safety are critical. We need to bolster community involvement and support early childhood education while developing effective evaluation systems for schools.

Over the last decade, inflation has outpaced financial support, leading to underfunded schools due to stagnant revenue limits. As your representative, I am committed to tackling these funding challenges to ensure our children receive the education they deserve.
