To continue the important work I've started with our comprehensive plan and zoning revision, as well as my work with the DPW focused on our water and sewer systems as well as stormwater management.
Eight years of experience in the role has taught me a lot about how to be effective as a trustee. Additionally, my technical and project management experience from my career in software and technology allows me to have an outsized impact on behalf of the community in this role.
Managing a conservative budget while also investing in much-needed water, sewer, and stormwater management infrastructure. Additionally, encouraging responsible and incremental growth in the village that balances the character of the village while addressing affordability challenges.
We are in the process of completing a stormwater management comprehensive plan, which will set us up with a set of projects to work on over the near to mid-term to address stormwater issues. Additionally, we are building strong processes for continuous maintenance and improvements in our water and sewer systems. At the same time, revising our zoning to open up new incremental opportunities for housing and small business helps our community grow responsibly and absorb the costs associated with these much needed infrastructure investments.
I'm always available via my trustee email address, and I'm frequently involved in community conversations on Facebook. I'm also proud of the work that I've initiated at the Village level to improve our website, start a regular weekly email and stream our meetings online.
