What would be your top two priorities if elected to this position?
What should be the city’s role (if any) when faced with immigration enforcement actions?
Can you suggest guidelines that will ensure that residents who testify at public input sessions will be respected as stakeholders in city decisions?
How would you balance residential and commercial growth, including data centers, with traffic, infrastructure capacity, long-term water supply and quality of life for existing residents?
I am ex-military and have lead people before. I am currently in Information Technology and manage projects while bringing their visions to life.
Traffic & Mobility — Tackle congestion on our main corridors with practical fixes and safe, walkable
neighborhoods.
Responsible Growth — Plan for growth that fits our community — infrastructure and services that keep
pace with new rooftops, not the other way around.
We must follow existing laws. However, I believe we have enough to manage and worry about without unduly inserting the council into these matters.
I can only speak to my views. I believe we are governed "by the people for the people". I will do everything possible to ensure all voices are heard.
That is a complicated question. Currently the city is reworking/modernizing the zoning classifications. That will be key in managing expectations from both citizens and developers.
