I bring extensive public service experience, including 8 years as a County Commissioner and 15 years in law enforcement. I have 12 years managing county budgets and finance, and I currently serve as Probate Clerk. My legislative background and proven leadership equip me to serve this office with integrity, accountability, and dedication. My proven leadership in managing teams, solving complex issues, and guiding departments ensures strong, accountable service to this office.
1 The top issues are outdated technology and the need for clearer, more efficient statutes. I will modernize office systems to improve accuracy and service, and work with Clerks statewide to propose legislative updates that simplify processes for the public. These steps will create a more accessible and efficient Probate Office. My office as well as all of the civil courts have collaborated purchased a new 12,000,000 upgrade to all civil court's technology systems.
We created a path for citizens to be educated about the processes of the Probate Court Clerk Office. we Educate and listen to community concerns at all community meeting we schedule on a once-a-month basis that is shared with our judges. We have made adjustments to documents needed to process claims
