I bring 30 years of continuous Law Enforcement with me. I’ve been trained by the FBI in Executive, Command, and Supervisor leadership, liability, and I was the only White Collar Crime/Financial Detective for the Sheriff’s Office. I Serve in the Military as a Special Agent with a Top Secret Clearance.I bring 30 years of leadership, command, and control of complex operations to the organization. I’m currently the Lieutenant over 3 main units in the division. I meet the State of TN requirements.
1. We have a serious problem and that is the jail. I will change policies, procedures, and leadership to prevent senseless deaths and costly lawsuits. I will add medical services, mental health services, and stop the flow of illegal drugs into the facilities. 2. Educating our youth to be better citizens is not going to be an easy task, but it is the root of our crime problem. Enforcement of all laws, stricter youth education plans, and community support to prevent crime is top priority.
Receiving feedback from our citizens is free. Doesn’t cost a penny. I will offer an easy suggestion line on the website and attend community events where I can engage the citizens and hear their concerns, ideas, and involve selected to participate in forums.
