Greene County is an amazing community! Workforce development is key to sustaining growth in aerospace research, electric vehicle battery manufacturing, and healthcare services. We should encourage our youth to pursue STEM, health education, and skilled trades for rewarding careers. Our universities and vocational centers are stepping up, and we need to promote these opportunities. As workforce expands, it's important to prioritize diverse housing options. Investing in initiatives that make homeownership a reality, which support working families, are vital to the success of Greene County.

Greene County has a broad spectrum of communities, from the dense urban areas of the western and central municipalities to the agricultural and rural areas of the eastern and southern county townships. There is no one size fits all solution that will address the diverse needs of each community. We must be actively communicating with leadership and residents from each of these communities, as well as actively listening and being accountable. Together, we can find solutions that work for the challenges and opportunities that each community uniquely faces.
