DUTIES: The Republican Central Committee is responsible for leading and organizing the day-to-day operations of the local Republican Party. The Committee recommends candidates to the Governor to fill vacancies in state and local offices when a member of the party resigns or dies in office. County Central Committees work with the State Central Committee, which in turn works with the national party.TERM: Four years, no term limit.SALARY: None.HOW ELECTED: Republican Central Committee members are elected by registered party members. I have been in the public service arena for forty years as a public service participant. I served in the law enforcement community for twenty years with the Baltimore City Police Dept, fifteen years with the Prince George's County Police Dept, and twenty-two years in the Maryland Air National Guard. I have also served with the 2020 US Census and was a Chief Judge for the 2020 elections in AACo. I wish to continue with my civic responsibilities at a higher level.
