. Ensuring adequate facilities funding for rural school because all kids should be able to go to school in safe and efficient buildings. -Continuing on the work that was started in H608a and preserve more farmland for production agriculture to ensure Idaho grows enough food, fiber, and fuel for its citizens. - We need to have a proactive and efficient approach to our infrastructure when it comes to the growth in Idaho. Having a stable and quality infrastructure is what will keep the Idaho way of life which is drawing people here. The current infrastructure in not keeping up with the growth.
I can't say that any particular experience prepared me for this office but I have served 1 term in the Legislature. I served 2 years on the Idaho Farm state board. I served 2 years on an American Farm Bureau Young Farmer and Rancher Committee. I have served on committees for my local school district.
The most significant challenge I see is dealing with the impact that growth has on infrastructure and resources. I feel the best way to address it is to take a proactive approach along with the reactive that we have to and work to build our infrastructure for the future now and not just to make do.
I would support legislation that that removes the liability when there is a life threatening complication and all other resources have been tried. This decision is not to be made by the medical team alone it is to include the family and be a last resort option.
I will continue to fight to protect our freedom and our way of life. I will to ensure a bright future for our children. I support local businesses and a stable economy. I will work to maintain and preserve Idaho's natural resources for all of its citizens. Idaho is a great place to live and I want to help ensure it stays true to its roots and stays the place we all call home.
