I have a BA in Business Economics/Finance and have am a Chartered Financial Analyst. I have 36 years of experience managing investment portfolios. Clients have included, PERSI, LA County Employees Retirement Association, PG&E, Gonzaga University. I also managed equity mutual funds for UBS Paine Webber, JP Morgan, & Merrill Lynch.
I would like to decrease the cost of the state's debt, increase investment returns, and redesign our 529 plan.
