As a law-enforcement veteran of 40 years who served two terms as Sheriff, I have a wealth of experience serving the people of Hamilton County. I reduced the budget deficit, fought drugs, and addressed taxpayer waste while keeping the County safe.
1. Hiring high quality Deputies until the Sheriff’s Office has the capacity to properly keep the citizens of Hamilton County safe. 2. Work collaboratively with other law enforcement agencies. This maximizes efficiency and allows each agency to contribute to the security of the county without wasting taxpayer dollars. 3. Address the quality of services the Sheriff’s Office provides to ensure safety not politics is the number one priority of the Sheriff’s Office.
