1. Protect homes from deed fraud. In 2022, we implemented RNS. RNS provides email alerts to residents if anyone tries to file or tamper with their property records. We won a national award from NACo for RNS. We will improve RNS by including parcel based notifications. 2. Help Veterans. In 2023, we launched our Veterans Outreach Program. VOP allows us to go offsite and record DD214s and issue Veteran ID cards. We want to augment this program with more events. 3. Continue digitization efforts.
