Ensure that the vacant property at Reed Hartman & Glendale Milford Rds is developed into a project that adds value to the community, such as a Community Performing Arts Center. The City, land owners, and residents should work together to ensure that if a project is built, it works for all of us.
Continue to maintain our balanced community (1/3 Residential, 1/3 Commercial, 1/3 Recreational).
Continue to improve communications & transparency between the residents and City Administration.

Over the course of my career, I developed a deep appreciation for the dual role of being both a leader and a team member—recognizing that real success comes from working together toward shared goals. My experience has given me a broad perspective on building teams, driving growth, and fostering collaboration across organizations.

Set up a task force for the development of The Neighborhoods of Summit Park to ensure a plan that reflects the needs and voices of all constituents, not just the developer, specifically no football stadium
Initiate a review of contractor selection procedures to prevent the costly mistakes that plagued construction projects, including Town Square and the Tower at Summit Park.
End the wasteful City Sister Program grant that sends City Council and officials on taxpayer-funded trips to Germany.
