I’m Dr. Rosalind Moore, DNP. I serve as the 2nd Vice Mayor of the City of Forest Park, Ohio. I'm a "Retired Army Major" and a visionary leader. I advocate for resources that our residents deserve to "Improve the Quality of Life" in our community.
